Campsite les Nysades is ideally situated to visit Ariège region, Aude or Pyrenees mountains. From the campsite you can easily reach Toulouse and visit the famous Capitole square and its buildings made of pink bricks, the Corbières mountains where are nested the cathare castle of Montségur, Peyerpertus, Quéribus or Aguilar, Carcassonne and its old medieval town hidden being its impressive stone walls or the cave of Niaux, famous for its mural paintings.
At one from the Pyrenees and from the banks of the mediterranean sea, campsite les Nysades will seduce the mountain lovers, looking for hiking path, as much as the sea lovers, looking for sandy beaches to enjoy the sun. Sport lovers will also have plenty to do as the area is full of cycling routes and opportunites to practice extreme sports and water sports.
At the door of the campsite, the pretty town of Mirepoix invites you in medieval ages with its wooden-front houses and its beautiful cathedral. It is the market days you'll apparciate the most the town as you'll have chances to taste products from a very authentic region.
